What is faith?
What does it mean to hope
For things we can’t see?
What love has there ever been like the one
Demonstrated by a King, whose splendor and riches
Are beyond imagination? What does it mean to trust
In something so foreign to this world and yet have it affect
Our lives so intimately? What does it mean to have a purpose;
A purpose that most men reject? What voice has ever been so strong
That it formed the masses of molecules with a single word?
And yet the same voice calls to me. Nothing more than whisper.
A single breath. The breath of a Lion, Whose eyes burn like sapphires.
Who is this King that rules over every moon and star?
Who is this King that knows every one of my thoughts;
Every sliver that leads to my very being? I’ve never felt a touch like His.
A touch with such passion, devotion, and sincerity.
It weakens me as I lift my head to face this King. My very core is shaken
With such power, overwhelmed with emotion as my eyes meet His.
As my eyes meet the First and Last. That Lion of Judah. My eternal King.

Needless to say, The Lord’s House is absolutely beautiful, and His presence in this place He has established for Himself is incredibly amazing! The first couple of hours Marilyn and I sat on different floors worshiping, praying, reading His Word, waiting, and resting in His presence. I was then prompted to seek the owner of the house for prayer, at her request. (We also left our prayer requests in a special prayer request box in the upper room).

We all moved to the prayer corner, excited and blessed that this woman we had never met before desired to pray for us in this wonderfully peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. What transpired from there was a fresh word of direction, confirmation, and encouragement from the Lord Himself for both Marilyn and myself. This precious woman lifted up our names and asked the Lord to speak whatever He desired to speak over us separately, while the other of us took notes. She prayed things that only the Lord Himself could know. I have been asking very specific questions and needing very specific answers…I am always so blessed by His awesome ways and how He chooses to answer us…usually not how or what we expect. I had traveled there with the expectation of supernaturally encountering Him…I did encounter His supernatural presence and peace immensely, but He chose to speak direction through this sweet, gracious, unassuming woman of the house, and the tears streamed down both Marilyn and my faces. The words spoken over both of us were refreshing, instructive,  confirming, and encouraging to say the very least. We both left feeling ever-so-thankful for His promptings, and for His abundant guidance and blessings!

As we are quickly approaching the conclusion of the year 2010, I was excited to have confirmation of a conclusion to a lengthy and difficult personal season for our family…one that will usher in the beginning of something brand new He has been stirring and refining in our hearts and in our lives for a long time. I look forward to 2011 with such great anticipation and expectation! I will soon be doing a re-post of a prophetic word spoken by a young boy in our children’s ministry in December of 2006 that I truly believe we will see a manifestation of this Christmas, 2010, as glimpses of it have already begun to manifest. What an exciting time to walk the earth as a child of the King and His Kingdom!

Thank You, Lord, for our awesome trip to The Lord’s House in Woodstock, MN! Bless its caregivers abundantly! Draw many to encounter You in the very place You have established for Yourself! Thank You, also, for the wonderful time of refreshing, encouragement, and fellowship with Marilyn, whom I don’t get to visit with often enough. We were both humbled and so blessed to have experienced Your glory together in the midst of things in our natural circumstances not always looking or feeling so blessed! You are all You say You are, and we look forward to these days ahead when many will come to know You as King and Lord!

I encourage anyone reading this post to make plans to visit The Lord’s House. You WILL encounter Him in all His glory!

FYI: one of the things prayed over me was that I have been in a season of being “fine-tuned, like a piano,” and that I was “rolling with the instrument.” Interestly enough, I just completed my second piano recording this week – the very week we made our trip. I have also recently finished writing two new books. All of these projects have been “rolling along” and are part of bringing this season to a conclusion. They are also the very things that are about to usher in the new that’s just around the corner. I am currently working on a smaller version of I Am A Good Idea! to make costs more affordable for larger purchases. For example, as donations to orphan ministries throughout the nations, for churches to give as gifts to kids in their children’s ministries, for grandparents to give to their grandchildren, for Christian schools, etc.. I plan to translate this version into a number of languages, as I believe its contents contain vital revelation to the generations of every nation, and to every individual, young or old.

I am currently working on my newest piano CD project, entitled, The Journey: Hebrew Songs for Intercessory Piano. This project incorporates a new computer software program, Bible Music Writer, developed by the Center for Biblical Hebrew and their Music From God project. The majority of the songs on this new CD have been derived from the Hebrew translation of each song title’s Scripture reference. This software incorporates a revelation of mathematically converting the letters of the Hebrew alphabet from any Scripture passage to treble clef music notation, thus literally releasing the musical frequencies of the spoken Word into the atmosphere instrumentally. I have been creatively inspired by the Holy Spirit to add harmonies, rhythms, and form to the musical notation of the converted Hebrew Scriptures, as well as spontaneous improvisation, thereby  transforming the spoken Word into a musical Word. I hope to have this CD available by Christmas. More details to follow…

The words of this song come from Mark 10:16, Matthew 5:3-12 and Luke 6:20-26.

Lord, Your heart is breaking for the children…the hungry and the poor who cry in shame. Your Spirit is awakening Your people, who’ll tell them that You know each one by name. You’ve heard their cries for freedom. You’ve seen their hurt and pain. You love them as a Father and Your Son died for their gain.

Blessed are the poor and needy. Blessed are the ones who mourn. Blessed are the gentle and lowly, the Kingdom is yours. Blessed are the hungry and thirsty. Blessed are the pure in heart. Blessed are the persecuted, the Kingdom is yours.

I Am
This song was inspired by the words Jesus spoke in the Gospels.

I see every face on every single child that nobody wanted; the world threw them away. I see every tear on every single face of every broken heart needing someone to look their way.

I Am the only answer. Don’t believe the lies they say. I Am the only hope you’re all crying out for this day. How did we get to here and how do we get to where we need to be?  Jesus is My Name.

I see every child, hungry, sick, abused, crying for someone to take away their pain. I see every child empty and alone fearing that no one cares or knows their name.

I Am the love you’re looking for. I Am peace and so much more. I Am your way, your truth, your life, I Am. I Am the freedom that you seek. I Am your strength when you are weak. I Am your shelter from this storm…I Am.

How did we get to here and how do we get to where we need to be?  Jesus is My Name. Do you hear My voice? Do you know My Word?  Jesus is My Name.

Every Child is a Gift
This spontaneous instrumental song was inspired by Psalm 127:3. The message of the song is contained in my new book, also entitled, No More Orphans! Every child is a God idea, and is therefore a good idea. Every child has been sent to Earth as a gift, and as a carrier of gifts the world needs. Every child is invited to receive our Heavenly Father’s greatest gift of love and eternal life through the sacrifice of His only Son, Jesus Christ. The gift of Holy Spirit within activates and empowers both the infinite treasure of Christ Jesus and the specific gifts He has placed within each individual. These gifts are to manifest and be carried as an expression of Heaven on the Earth.

For the Orphaned
This song passionately expresses instrumental intercession on behalf of everyone who has been abandoned, rejected, discarded, or orphaned by tragedy. The spontaneous music reflects the daily questions and the unknowns in being orphaned: wondering if anyone cares, of survival, and of existence itself. It also carries the promise of Jesus in John 14:18 to not leave us as orphans.

“Does anyone see me? Does anyone care about me? I have dreams of being wanted, of belonging, of being loved. There are so many like me needing to know hope, needing to know purpose, needing to know we have a future, needing to know Love. Does anyone see me?”

For the Poor
This spontaneous instrumental song came from meditating on Luke 6:20-21. Jesus promises the kingdom of God to those who are poor and hungry in this present age. The music reflects the heart of the Father and His promise to fill them according to the riches of His eternal Kingdom of Heaven.

For the Sick
This spontaneous song was inspired as intercession for a precious family standing in faith on 1 Peter 2:24 and the healing of their husband and father. I dedicate this song to the Ted Landmark family, and give glory and honor to our Heavenly Father for this family’s overcoming testimony of faith. Ted is now eternally healed in the presence of Jesus. I pray this song will comfort and heal the hearts of those who must stand strong in faith and walk out the unseen.

For the War-Torn & Persecuted
This spontaneous instrumental piece was inspired by 2 Corinthians 4 and Philippians 4:7. As intercessory music, it reflects the tension, the monotony, and the perseverance of victims who daily battle living in the midst of war and persecution. It is also a prayer for His peace in the midst their storms.

For the Unborn
This spontaneous instrumental piece is wholehearted intercession on behalf of the sanctity of life, and contains a layer of sound intended to reflect life in the womb. For the Unborn represents being a “voice” for those who cannot speak for themselves. The Lord promises covering and deliverance from evil in Psalm 139:13 and Galatians 1:4. Until His heart and will on behalf of these precious and innocent ones manifests on the Earth, a sound must cry out.

Isaiah 61 for the Abused & Slavery
The melody of this song comes from the Hebrew translation of Isaiah 61:1-2, also decreed by Jesus in Luke 4:18-19. Christ in us IS the hope of glory. We are given His Spirit to carry His anointing and set the captives free. The word of the Lord never returns void, and always accomplishes what He sends it to do. This song intercedes for the release and manifestation of the purposes of Heaven on behalf of those who daily contend with the victimization of abuse and slavery.

Not Forgotten
As I have prayed and played spontaneously for all of the fatherless on the Lord’s heart, I hear His Spirit saying, “you have not been forgotten.” In Luke 12:6, Jesus says, “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs on your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Psalms 56:8 gives assurance of our Heavenly Father keeping record of all sorrow and collecting every tear in His bottle. Because of the good news of this revelation decreed in His Word, this spontaneous song reflects a light-hearted dance as the Father sings over each of His precious children.
